The Renton Aspire Academy program is the bridge between Learn to Skate group classes and advanced Figure Skating training classes. Through the development of athleticism and artistry, skaters build a solid skill foundation that drives success on and off the ice.

Renton Aspire Academy offers skaters a comprehensive program in a safe and supportive group training environment. Skaters will learn proper skill development and training techniques while sampling different skating opportunities and fine-tuning their fundamental skating skills.

Sno-King Renton offers specialized skills classes and courses include: power, edge, adult edge and core.

Renton Aspire Academy Classes

Classes are offered to figure skaters from beginner through advanced levels. We offer a variety of progressive skating skills, transitions, spins and jumps — all of which build on the previous skill, providing skaters a strong foundation of all elements. These levels will be taught in a positive and interactive group format. Instructors will focus on quality and mastery of skills.

2023/24 Level Requirements

Requests for advancement may only be made by the skaters coach. Skaters advancement will be fairly managed based on the foundations of the listed expectations. Skaters coming from other countries or governing bodies will be assessed on their first day of class and added to the correct group.
