DaySmart Recreation Frequently Asked Questions

Sno-King Ice Arenas is happy to announce our new customer registration platform! DaySmart Recretaion’s mobile, tablet, and desktop interface will enhance the customer experience and make it easier when booking Public Session, Freestyle, Stick N Puck, Learn to Skate and Learn to Play classes and many other programs and camps.

Please take the time to read our FAQ’s below:

Existing Customers

Yes. If your current bookeo account did not  have a remaining Account Credit balance, Freestyle Passes, Stick N Puck Passes, or Public Session Passes you will need to create a new account in DaySmart. Click Here to create your account!

Yes, your Bookeo Account is being transferred into the new Dash system. You will be able to access your account beginning December 16th. When you sign in for the first time, using the same email on file for Bookeo, you will choose “FORGOT PASSWORD” and follow the prompts to create a password for your new Dash account.

Reach out to our customer service staff who will investigate and respond accordingly.DaySmart Recreation will have a “contact us” section where you can check on the status of your account or you can email our main office.

No. The new DaySmart platform allows for one registration and login for all of our facilities.

You will need to add your children to your account. Click here to access DaySmart, from here select Profile and then at the top of the right corner you will see add child.

Once you are logged in to DaySmart select Drop-Ins from the left hand column.  You can filter by activity and day of week.

Once logged in to DaySmart you will need to select REGISTER, then select a program that you are wanting to register for.
