Sno-King Ice Arenas Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a clean, friendly and healthy environment for the enjoyment and participation of the various ice sports available in our region.
Arena Rules
- Please have an enjoyable and safe time at Sno-King Ice Arenas.
- Ice skating is a sport that requires balance and coordination. Please skate safely and at your own risk.
- Sno-King strictly prohibits any form of fighting, bullying, harassment, foul language, intimidation, extremes of dress, or disruptive behavior on our ice rink or premises.
- Management reserves the right to deny admission to anyone and/or remove any patron whose behavior is unacceptable.
- No alcoholic beverages or tobacco use of any kind are allowed at any time.
- Sno-King will not be responsible for vehicles or items lost, stolen or damaged on Sno-King property whether indoors or outdoors.
- No outside loitering on Sno-King property is permitted at any time.
- Sno-King is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. Our arena does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or any other characteristics protected by law.

SKATER RESPONSIBILITIES
- All skaters, spectators and staff must be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
- No one is permitted on the ice without skates.
- Rental skates are not permitted on concrete surfaces or outside the building.
- Skate safely and at a safe speed at all times.
- Hockey sticks, pucks and advanced figure skating moves are not permitted during public sessions.
- Helmets are required for all hockey and broomball programs and recommended for all other events.
- No food or drinks on the ice at any time.
- Do not carry children while on the ice.
- No games are permitted on or off the ice unless organized and supervised by sno-king and throwing of any object is prohibited.
- Ice access areas must be clear at all times.
- Do not sit, lean over or leave personal belongings on the dasher boards.
- No one is allowed on the ice during resurfacing.
- Sno-King has a “skate at your own risk” policy.
- Individuals who are pregnant, have medical concerns that could be aggravated by physical activities or falls, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from skating on the ice.

DROP-IN ACTIVITIES
STICK N PUCK, DROP-IN HOCKEY, PUBLIC SKATE, FREESTYLE
- Participation in drop-in programs must be purchased and reserved ahead of time online via DaySmart
- Sales are final and non-refundable. If cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, credit will be placed on customer’s DaySmart account for future use.
- Reservations made with passes are non-refundable. If cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, passes will be credited on customer’s DaySmart account for future use.
- All pass sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for either partial or unredeemed passes.
- If a reserved session is cancelled by the facility, participants will be offered a refund or account credit.
LESSONS & CAMPS
Learn to Play, Learn to Skate, Group Lessons, Skills Camps, Birthday Parties & Clinics
- Payment for a session is due prior to the first class in the session.
- Sno-King Ice Arenas do not offer makeups, credits, refunds or carryovers for no-shows, cancellations or missed classes within a session.
- If a program is cancelled by Sno-King Ice Arena’s , participants will be offered a full refund or account credit for the remaining dates in the session.
- Cancellations prior to a series beginning are 100% refundable if more than 10 days in advance.
- Cancellations prior to a series beginning are 50% refundable if more than 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or during a series will not be refunded.
- Sno-King Ice Arena’s will not be offering make up classes.
- Classes may be combined based on enrollment numbers at the discretion of the program director to ensure the best experience for skaters.
